I recently sold my property in Fulham with Strutt & Parker and I wanted to thank their Sales team and Harry Parson in particular for all the help and support throughout the process. Harry got me a good price as soon as the lockdown got lifted in May 2020 and stayed very engaged with the buyer, both solicitors and myself until completion.

Very friendly staff. However we had to correct and re-write quite a lot of the sales brochure to correct errors. Greater background and checking of prospective purchasers would have helped plus more proactive post viewing feedback and follow up. Achieved a good sale price in the end though.

Victoria at the Sevenoaks branch marketed a property we purchased.Although not technically 'our' agent as she was marketing the property we purchased, rather than were selling, she went truly above and beyond to help us get the transaction through. Phoning up and down the chain to unblock situations when they got stuck, just amazingly proactive. We were really impressed

We're still in the process of purchasing through Strutt and Parker, but the communication from Izzy at the Banbury office while we go through this process has been amazing. She's been beyond patient with my annoying questions and nothing has felt like too much trouble, she really is making the whole process a lot easier. Highly recommend!

Watch out from this property management. They steal your money and they don’t do anything. I have a roof leak reported several times for a year and they just don’t care. People leave shoes and personal belongings in common areas which is forbidden for fire hazards, and they don’t do anything. Very bad.

If I could have given less I would have.The agent did not turn up for our viewing in Chelsea, I contacted their office before the appointment time to confirm the appointment, they said they would get back to me, I am still waiting. Completely wasted my morning. Vendors be aware they may be costing you sales.
