GoogleWe had a completely dreadful experience with another large estate agent so moved. . . . Sale is still in progress , but the contrast in the experience so far is staggering, the team lead by Geoff actually do what they say they are going to do, regular and helpful communication and updates, and they actually make you feel like a valued client.

GoogleEASY & STRAIGHTFORWARD - have just dealt with Radfords Estate Agents on behalf of a client and it couldn't have been easier. Spoke to Becky, Amanda & Geoff and every call was answered and dealt with on the spot by the person who took it. Not once did I hear "that's not my case". BRILLIANT! If you want to deal with nice, sensible, independent professional professionals, here's where to go. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

GoogleWe are currently renting through Radfords and they are absolutely fantastic. The process of renting our new property was quick, efficient and the staff are lovely. We now have a great home with a lovely landlord. Once you are in the property they are great, our boiler has just unfortunately packed up and Radfords responded immediately, and the heating company are coming very soon to fix it. This is a very professional and pleasant company.On the day that I rang to view one property, I was not only offered another similar property to view but was able to view them on the same day that I rang. I was accompanied on the viewing by a knowledgeable and thoughtful agent. Each time I have telephoned their office they have always been very helpful. I would say that they have provided the best service that I have yet experienced from any estate agency.

We were mortified to read this review. We are a firm that has been established in the area for 40 years, all the other reviews are most favourable and we do pride ourselves on a personal service. We have now spoken with Robert and now understand what his issue was and taken steps to ensure the same thing does not occur again. The complaint relates to the viewing of a property which we then advised had been let to somebody else without us giving him the opportunity to come back to us and let us know if he was interested. We have apologized accordingly.
