TrustpilotBeware of Service Charge as grounds not maintained as promised.
As a potential buyer I was concerned about the service charge. I have heard from a resident that the promised maintenance is not being carried out and have seen for myself that weeds and grass are left to grow. Promised refunds never happen. I am reluctant to buy an Orbit home as do not want to live in what is fast becoming an uncared for mess.
