GoogleHaving purchased our house from Simon five years ago we chose Simon to sell. He has been excellent - very informed, approachable and helped us to navigate slow lawyers! Would use him again and definitely recommend him to friends and family. Not the typical estate agent!

GoogleSimon at Green Lizard has been the best estate agent we have ever dealt with - he doesn't tell you what you want to hear, he tells you the truth and gives you solutions where possible. He was very patient with selling our first property in what has been a difficult year, and is always friendly. He also helped us through the sale with our solicitor. When we look to buy/sell again, we will definitely be coming back to Simon first.

GoogleNOT IMPRESSED WITH THIS AGENT AT ALL!. I made an enquiry about a property on Saturday morning and requested a viewing, if possible, that afternoon. I was told it may be short notice but that she would try arrange and get back to me...and now its Tuesday morning and I have never had the contact!! Not even a call to confirm they couldn't arrange a viewing, property was sold etc etc. My enquiry was completely ignored. Would advise NOT to use if you are trying to sell your property! If they are happy to completely ignore a potential buyer for you then what are you paying them for!NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleNot sure how you managed a one star review Guys? Must have been your competition! Cannot praise Simon and Claire highly enough, they sold our house for more than we expected to get on the very first viewing within a couple of days of going on the market. They were so friendly and a pleasure to have working for us. Thank you both, you helped us achieve our dreams last year. We only wish you worked in Scotland in case we decide to move again!

GoogleIt's apparent from the first meeting, that Simon and Claire bring a level of passion and expertise that guarantees a high-quality service. Green Lizard truly are the exception to the rule when it comes to estate agents. Open, honest communication and end-to-end support set Green Lizard apart from the competition. It's worth noting we chose to sell with Green Lizard because we had a positive viewing experiences when searching for property previously. In summary, they are the best estate agents around and anyone selling in the Tunbridges Wells area would be mad not to consider Green Lizard.

GoogleGreen Lizard are a true breath of fresh air. I have dealt with many agents of late but these guys stand head and shoulders above them all. As we are looking at a completely new area, all you get from other agents is the usual particulars. With Green Lizard, we received information on local schools, GPs, commuter bus timetables through to local pubs/restaurants. They even offered to bring toys to keep my 2 year old daughter entertained whilst viewing. Green Lizard take care of you as a potential buyer and their approach is superb. Keep up the good work guys and thank you for the support you have provided to myself, Sarah and Lydia.

GoogleWe recently sold our house through Green Lizard and I couldn't be more impressed. Simon communicated all the way through a very difficult property chain and found us new buyers a few times when people dropped out (9 property chain that was very fragile). We have recommended them to some other people we know are selling, and would happily recommend them in the future.

We recently purchased a house via Green Lizard and the transaction went through to our complete satisfaction, thanks to the personal attention that Simon and Claire paid. They answered our queries quickly, and arranged for a detailed survey to be carried out when we had concerns about potential asbestos in the property. Both Simon and Claire are a pleasure to deal with. I’d highly recommend.

GoogleI have no hesitation in recommending Simon and Claire who sold our house last year. Despite two purchases falling through for very unusual reasons and through no fault of their own, they maintained their distinctive energy levels, drive and enthusiasm to get a great result for us in the end.
