GoogleC R Child & Partners in Hythe were extremely professional and helpful in our property purchase. Our negotiator, Beatrice, went out of her way to ensure we were kept up-to-date with progress, handled all our queries very efficiently, and was very accommodating when arranging visits. Overall a very good and stress-free experience. I would certainly recommend them.

GoogleIt has been a long bumpy journey getting into our new home but I could not fault the service that I got from the whole team at C R Childs. Tom was fantastic at managing some quite complex issues that arose and kept me fully informed throughout. If Tom was not available when I called then the other members of the team in the office were aware of my case and were either able to respond or got back to me quickly. There is nothing I could fault with how my whole sale and purchase has been dealt with and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

We have had multiple dealings with CR Childs over the last 7 years and have found them to be very professional at all times. The level of service given by all members of staff is brilliant and they really do take care of you. Moving house can be stressful, but with them, it's so much easier.

GoogleC R Child & Partners recently dealt with the sale of my father's property and the purchase of a retirement home for him. We found dealing with them a real pleasure. We were kept informed at every stage of the process and all queries were dealt with promptly and professionally. GooglePlease Note this review concerns the property management arm of CR Child and not the estate agents. If you should ever be interested in purchasing property managed by CR Child - AVOID!!! Completely useless. David Hammond especially is incompetent beyond measure and conceited beyond belief. Forced to take my issue to the ombudsman who found in my favour. On top of mismanaging a relatively simple issue, they are only interested in rinsing owners for money. £25,000 to fire proof one flight of stairs and 3 doors. Magically this figure reduced to £15,000 after I complained. Even that was excessive but I was desperate to sell my property to rid myself of these ridiculous clownsNegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI consulted them for some information re a sale by a relative.Manager not in office so unable to give me information. Told I could contact relative or Manager could phone me or I phone again. Within few hours of my call ,without my permission they had mailed my relative giving my name & phone number & asking them to contact me.Very unprofessonal & unwarrented causing trouble. Wrote a complaint but no acknowledgement .I question why the mail was done & why so quickly.

GoogleSo impressed from start to finish with their help selling our flat. An ambitious valuation but they delivered! Super photography, video, and listing, very much a cut above. Some concerns on the handling of the viewings themselves, but every other aspect was brilliant, we felt in very safe hands.
