GoogleI bought a lovely new build Barrett home, moved in two weeks ago the whole experience has been excellent: the help from Sarah when looking around, the smooth process avoiding all chains and using the recommended solicitor couldn't have been better. Now I'm in the minor snagging is being sorted out quickly and efficiently by Richard, most excellent site manager, and it seems like nothing is too much trouble. I love my new home and would buy a Barratt home again in the blink of an eye.

GoogleLovely house and great value for money, considering new build prices! Mortgage is £250 per month less than my rent was. (See Simon from the Mortgage Store who were recommended by Barratts). Helpful and very friendly staff in the office (Aimee and Fiona) and excellent aftercare by Tom on site. Constantly asking if all is well and happy to help with any minor issue. Great experience all round!

GoogleBought the house in 2017 and after 2 years they changed my house number without my knowledge . I came to know from valuation office agency that my house no has been changed. Trying to sort out the issue . Disgusting experience. Will never suggest this builder

GoogleObviously a boom time for selling properties and a poor level of customer service is now offered.

GoogleOverpriced shoebozes slammed up in record time on out skirts of large village that was already struggling with the amount of residents it already had.
