GooglePETER GYECHIE I have used May&Co for over 20 years, they do an excellent stress free job for me, especially Sue & Yanni, every month I see my rent in my account, with an emailed confirmation, any repairs, Sue takes immediate action. John Yianni supervised renovations, extended my leasehold, found good tenants quickly and has given me helpful advice. Sue is always quick to answer and meticulous with paperwork.

They are always approachable, proactive, and incredibly helpful, making the entire process feel seamless. Their guidance and attention to detail gave us complete confidence at every stage. Letting a property can sometimes feel stressful, but May & Co made it genuinely easy and straightforward. We’re extremely pleased with the outcome and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, proactive, and trustworthy letting agent.

GoogleHello London, I have been using May and Co since the 1990's and I still am. I have bought about 18 properties in London exclusively though them. May and Co. have rented them out, renovated and maintained them as required. One property has had a floor added and a major conversion to an HMO, all done from planning applications to completion by May and Co., and second one was converted from a commercial building to 7 flats. I have sold three properties and remain renting 15 of them. May and Co. have also extended the leasehold on 2 properties for me. I started doing business with their previous owner who sold May and Co. to the current owner when he retired many years ago. All of my 18 properties have been sourced by May and Co. and a couple I have purchased on their judgement without physically viewing them as I was abroad at the time. The tenants secured by May and Co. have always behaved well and paid their rent which is a tribute to them in todays market. They have, and continue to, serve me extremely well both in purchases, rentals, maintenance, leasing, legal advice etc. I will continue to use them for all my London property portfolio, and I have no hesitation in recommending them. I note my experience is the opposite of some other recent reviews which beggar belief. Richard Stanley

GoogleI have been a tenant of May & Co for over 5 years and can honestly say the block of flats that they manage has always been kept in full repair and very clean. Whenever I have made contact with regard to any repairs needed the team always respond within 24 hours and have arranged any necessary contractors to carry out the work, who have done so efficiently and in a timely fashion. I would not hesitate to recommend their services.

GoogleWhat a disgusting estate agency. John is a rude, inconsiderate man who is taking advantage of tenants during the money crisis. He has been calling round landlords pressuring them to raise their rent even though they do want to and leaving tenants homeless. What a sad man.
We offered you a reduced renewal unfortunately you rejected it we have given you time to find another home - personal abuse is not justified when we are trying to help you!

GoogleI have been living in a flat where May & CO have managed property for 7 years now and overall my experience has been very positive with this agency. Any issue that we had, agency (Particularly Sue) has been very quick to respond to all our queries and needs. On the same day (within few hours) i would get a response and items were fixed within a day(washing machine, broken window or anything else). GoogleI have been a tentant with May&Co for the past three years now, and have been continuously impressed with the quality of service. Although few issues have come up over the years, whenever I had a problem at the property it was dealt with very quickly and promptly, usually on the same day. Furthermore, the agency has always been transparent with their fees and expectations from their tenants. I would like to thank Sue in particular for being very kind and helpful, whenever I had any questions or issues to address. Overall - a great agency, with great service!

GoogleProperty buyers beware! We were looking to purchase a flat in a building managed by May & Co but withdrew our offer because their unprofessional, uncooperative and unethical behaviour left us with a lack of confidence to move forward. Their principal is particularly prone to temper tantrums. The experience we had was through the solicitor we had hired and the estate agency, both of whom relayed their frustrations in working with May & Co. Their behaviour is erratic and it even shows in the way they respond to reviews like this one.
Nonsense never spoken to you we only deal with solicitors and owners and I suggest you go back to them if you have any issues

GoogleAbsolutely the most annoying experience I've ever had with a real estate agent !!! Agent Harry was very rude and unprofessional. He treated us badly and without respect just because we were 10 minutes late, due to a wrong address. I honestly believe that he is not suitable for this job I hope the agency takes it into account.
