My experience with Marsh and Parsons has been very good. The best property manager I had is Will Whitty: since the beginning of my last tenancy he looked after every single object my previous tenants kept and left in the house, reminded the new tenants all the necessary checks for the house and was so patient when they didn’t answer him. Unfortunately he faced the worst tenants I had, but I have never seen him concerned, even when the missing payments started he wrote me immediately, even before I realised it! Never had someone so fast and efficient. He started the procedure to evict them from my property as soon as I told him and he never wasted time. An example of excellent management!

She was always friendly, helpful and extremely patient with me as I wanted to view everything and was very fussy about finding the right place!
She was never pushy or patronising as many estate agents can be and she always listened to what I wanted and tried to help me find the perfect flat.
I also briefly met Piers who showed me a flat one day when Hannah was away - he was also very friendly and helpful.
I can't thank Hannah enough for her help and I would highly recommend Marsh & Parsons.
