Charged me for rent on the same day that new tenants moved in. Refused to discuss how this was unfair for me to pay for some one else's rent.Took full 10 days to decide on deposit which is fine but tone was churlish and patronising.

GoogleI had a pretty good experience with M&P. They worked hard and found me an excellent tenant when the market was really tough, I liked the fact that they took their commission over the first 2 months rather than all at once and their accounts department were super helpful whenever I needed to speak to them for tax returns etc.

Great experience finding and getting set up with the flat but useless managing the flat and very rude. Makes you laugh when you leave at they send a follow up message saying that they would like to help you with the next flat.

Utterly appalling service. We have reported countless urgent issues and chased them for months with no response. You cannot rely on Marsh and Parsons to resolve a single issue raised to their property management team, it is an absolute disgrace.

This company is exactly why people dislike estate agents. Difficult, time consuming, incompetent, stay away. No idea of customer service. Sadly as they will often be the only agent advertising a property they can behave however they want. When will someone finally create a business where estate agents are no longer necessary.

Terrible flat management services. Dreadful service. Cannot be trusted to provide the service you purchase. I paid for a check in inventory report which was not fully completed and they did nothing to rectify the situation and refused to provide a refund.

Do not use for landlords!Rates are well over market average, customer service is slow (they rarely answer emails and phones) and poor and all repairs and maintenance fees are extortionately expensive!Avoid this agency!
