Have been working with Giles Grainger on my rental property. Had plumbing issues for over a year and due to the multiple change of property managers, the issue fell into a blackhole and cost me money!! This all changed when Giles took over. We have had many maintenance issues, due to other flats in the building. Dealing with the Building Management and Insurance Company was a slow and frustrating process. I have had multiple challenges working with this estate and and would not recommend them as a tenant. They look out for their landlord clients and make a pretty penny doing it. The staff changes frequently and there was a lot of pressure for me to bid high and do a long tenancy to get a flat I ended up having to leave early as they forgot to put in a break clause which was very expensive for me and very lucrative for them. Max Davis and Roy Khan were very helpful though, but make sure you read the fine print before you sign anything as it may come back to bite you!

GoogleHarriet is the best..... Being a busy person, I gave Harriet my preferences and she patiently and quickly find me a place I can call home.... the paperwork was super smooth. Harriet is honest and straightforward. I signed the contract then visit my new home. I was truly happy when I open the door...... Harriet has done a great job !!!!! I highly recommend.....
