Excellent - James Cutting at South Ken office knows how to do things. We moved from another well known agent having had very few viewings and no offers over 4 months. James recommended making basic improvements to a dated flat and staging it. We had two offers within two weeks and completed at the asking price. It was worth paying a little more in commission.

Phoebe and the other members of the Marsh & Parsons letting team, have been a superb asset and help over the last 10+ years. Through out this period they have kept a watchful eye over my property and looked after my tenants and myself with a cheerful demeanour. When maintenance issues arose, as invariably they do, they promptly attended the property carried out the works required without fuss. Marsh & Parson also ensured that I had high calibre and long standing tenants (to be honest over the many years of using M&Ps services I only actually had two different tenants - a period of around 20+ years). Can highly recommend M&P

Weronika Lajborek - In the absence of our tenancy manager Weronika dealt with my many queries calmly, swiftly and ultimately correctly. Unfortunately there had been an error in the apportionment of rent between tenancies however Weronika took the time to understand the situation, consult her accounting team and ultimately resolve the matter in a very short space of time. She also took the time to provide a full explanation via an email detailing the sums due back to myself from the tenancy crossover. I would rate my experience of dealing with Weronika very highly and I wish her well in her career.

Terrible service! Tenants were given their full deposit back without permission from the landlord and before the flat was checked after their move. We have had to clear all the broken furniture they left, pay an electrician to rewire the flat after they tried to rewire it themselves(?!), replace broken door handles and sockets and it needed a deep clean as the place was so filthy! Marsh and Parson would be better saving the money they pay to advertise on the tube and using it to better their service for both landlords and tenants!

GoogleWe are all aware that viewers/viewings is quite an uncomfortable experience from the current tenant who moving out. But Finley O'Sullivan Lettings Negotiator at Chelsea office made this experience enjoyable. He was truly exceptional, highly professional, patient, Kind and knows how to carry himself to the extend that I shared my direct contact details with him, letting him know he's welcome to reach out anytime should he need to acces the property. He also provided all the detailed information the prospective tenant needed which convinced her to rent the flat

GoogleStellar service..! I was thoroughly impressed by the service provided by Thea at the Chelsea branch. Although we didn’t find what I was looking for (I’m super picky!), you’ll definitely be in safe hands if they have what you need ! I’ll send anyone straight to Thea if they need a pad in chelsea. She’ll take you for a coffee at the best local cafe so you can take in the area… she understands the area is just as important as the property! 10/10 above and beyond.

She gave an extremely prompt and positive response, inspected the property the next day and gave quotations for short term and long term rentals and then dealt cheerfully and highly professionally with our questions.
