Professional & competent Jamie & team worked with us for many months trying to get our very niche property tenanted, and throughout I was impressed with their professionalism and competence. Every viewing was pre-booked, feedback given afterwards, took the trouble to know the property and details very well, I was thoroughly impressed at how competent their service was.

I wanted to share my recent experience with our property manager, Daniel Lloyd. Since he was assigned to us, he has always been responsive, proactive and communicative. He follows up regularly and does not let any request “sit”. He handles it right away. I appreciate his follow through over even the smallest matters. 5 stars for Daniel!

GoogleCharlie Kennard is simply the best agent I have come across. I don’t normally bother writing reviews but he deserves a lot of credit. I have been looking for a property to buy for the past 6 months and not one single agent has understood or listened to my requirements, which I have found to be both a waste of time and extremely stressful. Straight away Charlie understood the brief and only showed relevant properties and more importantly communicated with me in a professional and courteous manner by constantly keeping me informed. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a property in the area!

GoogleKnight Frank are quite simply the best agent that I dealt with when I bought my flat (through them). With other agents I wasted a lot of time because they simply didn't listen to the brief. Giles Barrett, who runs the South Ken office, has all the facts and figures at his fingertips and an encyclopaedic knowledge of the property market, which was really useful for me and helped me save a lot of time. Great service and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend- particularly Giles Barrett.

We bought the house, but will not be dealing with Knight Frank Dulwich ever again. They are 100 percent on the sellers side and in fact created such a hostile environment that we almost pulled out of the sale. Sales tactics from the estate agent felt wholly unprofessional and personal.
