Other estate agents were getting me below asking price and not able to find a high calibre applicant. Moreover, without her I would have found this tenancy agreement very exhaustive and stressful. The use of a drone resulted in excellent photography of the restricted site and enabled the production of a well presented brochure. All the staff at Knight Frank were excellent. I rent the property from KF, it was good in the beginning however after I moved in lots of problems need to fix. The property manager is very hard to contact and I was being locked outside of flat for many hours because the lock is damaged. Moreover, every time ask them to replace or repair at least takes few months. KF has many nice properties, the only thing that matters is hope it doesn’t get wrong
