Emily Hooper is beyond professional and went above and beyond as we had a little difficulty with the verification platform required to use. She gets the job done and is a value to the team. I am not rating a 5/5 as Emmanuel in management is not timely with addressing concerns: example reported no hot water Saturday and we didn’t hear back until Thursday. This is less than acceptable.

House Sale

We sold our house through Knight Frank during Winter 2024/25. Helen was brilliant from the off. Through the highs and lows of the process, I always felt she was on the ball, pushing and cajoling to ensure the sale progressed. Our chain was tricky, to say the least and in the final days when it all got very tense, Helen’s skill and expertise in managing people and the conveyancing process shone through. Without Helen, I don’t believe we would have managed to keep the chain together. Thank you!

Property was handed to us dirty and dusty and full of previous tenants items which agents didn’t even check or care to ask. Strongly recommend not to use this agency , not professional and useless

I asked annual statements for tax return for 2 properties on 03 th of May Received 2 statements on 17 th of May : both with math mistakes, asked to check and send me back statements without mistakes, received on 30 th of May statements with math mistakes again . ( different )Again asked to check and send me statements again, still waiting. Sent a lot of emails, asked statements during telephone calls with property manager. Today is 03 th of July - 2 mounts later from first request and I still have not received correct annual statements.
