Residential lease renewal.

We have just had a possible AST lease extension with a rent increase recommended by Knight Frank. It was with a good tenant that we did not want to lose. Brigette from Renewals negotiated very smoothly with the tenant and we did agree a new rent acceptable to both parties. Knight Frank carry out the whole lease renewal process very professionally and make it a pleasant experience for the landlord.

They organised over 100 viewings and reported on each. I found them to be nice people to deal with, most attentive, careful and professional. Completion took place at the end of March.
