Annoying that I can’t give 0 stars! The worst property management company I have ever come across, their prices are extortionate and we’re currently paying thousands of pounds a year for what feels like a Henry Hoover to visit once a week! Do not use this company for anything!

They always kept me updated on progress, were proactive in their approach, and were extremely persistent which is what you like to see as a seller. No transparency over service charges, excessive numbers asked without any sound reasons, indifferent to leaseholders’ requests for solution, assistances, information, etc.Estate managers are arrogant and not providing professional services, attitudes and knowledges.
