Totally appalling and useless company. Never ending change of managers for one property. This is their tactics, let someone take over to annoy their customers to start all over again. They have absolutely no clue how to communicate, even when you engage with senior directors Richard Benson and Carl Warland, they can't help!. Shannaleigh Batson is a senior manager- not sure how!. Alex Kelly and Linda Foss are totally unhelpful and they just ignore any emails sent out to them. There are so many names to put out there but these are the current ones Everyone at KFH including their account team can't do simple spreadsheet. Please avoid at all cost

Has the best experience buying my first property with Sawan as my mortgage advisor. He made sure I fully understood each step of the process and worked hard to get the best mortgage for me. Professional and personable approach when selling our property and sourcing a mortgage for our onward purchase. Since the first meeting and valuation with Shaun our needs have been met with support from the team and especially from Oliver who has been looking after us and our potential buyers. Superb communication with a clam but reassuring and professional approach from Oliver is always appreciated. Also his recommendation to try KFH mortgage services was exactly what we were after and more. Sawan took time to understand our needs and finances to help us secure a mortgage offer which met our needs and then helped us to further reduce the rate as the market changed. His approach and experience is second to none with his colleague Sharon always accessible and communicating important steps for completion and information along the way. Thank you KFH Highgate team for looking after us in terms of our sale. We were tenants with KFH property managing for four years during which time we found their service to be incompetent. Serious issues (leaking roofs, lack of working shower) took months to fix, and we had a serious mouse infestation for 9 months which lead to personal item and property damage (which could have been resolved with contractors coming in to block up large holes in the property as the mice were mainly residing in the flat below us - instead a man on a bike came round to glue the smaller holes temporarily). We could seemingly never get a straight answer from whichever current property manager was working on our property, and they always seemed to have no idea what they were doing or how to move the issues forward to resolve. We were often treated like we didn't know what we were talking about and had to spend significant time dealing with numerous contractors for these issues. KFH were never timely with updates on the problems or communications from the landlord - we always had to chase. I would not advise renting a property where they are property manager, it is not a well run organisation.

TrustpilotDrawn out process, but Martin's tenacity and perseverance paid off!
We had a very drawn out process to buy our property, but the tenacity show by the team, especially Martin, got us there.The purchase was part of a chain, although we sold and moved in with family to become chain free. The person at the top of the chain consistently changed their mind on important factors, threatening the purchase of our dream home, however, with a lot of persistence, and no doubt hundreds of calls and emails, we now own a fantastic house!

KFH lettings management are poor, to say the least. Emails & phone calls are ignored and unexplained charges are regularly levied and often incorrect or unjustified. I would absolutely discourage all landlords from employing them, they are really not reliable or helpful.

KFH have left hundreds of residents without hot water and heating in one of the buildings they “manage” for weeks in the middle of winter. There has been no urgency in resolving the issue - KFH have required constant chasing and communicated with residents terribly. And they have told lie after lie - one day it’s one issue, that’s not fixed, than it’s another, that’ll be “fixed” tomorrow, now it’s a new issue, repeat, repeat, repeat. Also no apology, or even acknowledgement from anyone senior in the organisation. They haven’t even met with the residents, hundreds of which have been washing in cold water for weeks. They have shown no compassion or care - they haven’t accessed if anyone in the building is vulnerable in any way, and they have ignored the needs of people with incredibly young babies and children. A cruel, callous organisation.

He was willing to scour the market for cheaper mortgage rates right up to exchange and was always on hand to navigate tricky elements of the process. I would particularly like to recommend Rebecca, who is the branch manager, for all her help in securing the most recent family to rent my house. GoogleUnfortunately I have had the worst experience with Neilo working at the branch of Holland Park. She lacks professionalism and respect. I came across a property that I was really interested in, when I called up to arrange a viewing on Thursday 23/11/23 to see the property (let alone the fact that she was yawning on the phone saying that she just started but it sounded like she just woke up) her first comment was “this area is very luxurious and we do not rent it out to people like that” I said sorry what do you mean? She repeats herself saying that these kind of properties are only let to people that know what they are looking for..! It actually raises HUGE concerns about how discriminatory and disrespectful this lady is. After telling her that I have already had two viewings the previous week at the exact same building, her next comment was “oh really?”!. I was available to view the property on that same day, she told me that she was fully booked on that day, so I asked her if any of her other colleagues would be available to do the viewing, she replied saying that she is the only one managing this property and that it is not possible for anyone else to access the property, she added saying that the property is tenanted and hence we will not be able to view it on the same day, however other people have still managed to view the property on that same day and placed an offer for the property and the offer was accepted by the landlord already! Conclusion is the property is gone, she was not honest nor professional because on the other hand, her other colleagues Jack and Laura were extremely friendly and beyond helpful, they answered all my questions and were happy to offer alternative properties when Neilo was looking to remove me from the system as the property was gone. I really want this to be looked into, I hope that a manager would listen to the first phone call I had with her on Thursday 23rd November to see how disrespectful she was to me on the phone. I am very disappointed and frustrated KFH.

I hated my experience with KFH Dulwich. I bought a flat through them 6 months ago and forgot to write a review until a friend who is currently selling asked if I recommend them - I don’t. My EA was unresponsive and wouldn’t reply to emails for weeks, refused to let me have a second viewing after having my offer accepted, lied about a few things he had ‘checked’ about the leasehold, and on the day of completion was on leave without telling me so I couldn’t pick up the keys. I’ll never use KFH again.

Throughout the entire process, Lucas was incredibly helpful, professional, explained every step in detail, and was always available to answer any questions we had.
