What a joke! The epitome of bad and distrustful estate agents. We arranged a viewing with the Esher office and no one showed up- no email,text,call, WhatsApp- to even tell us they were late or having to cancel. And worse still- the property we arranged to view and sat waiting for 20 min was already sold.

GoogleVery misleading company, also shows no respect to the clients. Could compare to other agencies in London and it's the worst I have faced so far, unfortunately.
I am terribly sorry for the confusion regarding this viewing, and understand your frustration. It is a shame that the viewing had not been confirmed with all parties in time for your suggested appointment time. GoogleI was very impressed by the sharpness and efficiency of a particular lettings negotiator, Tania Valenza. She has been extremely helpful and time efficient and able to perform under a lot of pressure and deal with very demanding clients :-) I highly recommend working with her. Disappointed with the customer service from J.D.Wood when things don't go well they won't help. Also their renewals dept is not good and their accounts dept is not well organised at present.Could do a lot better.
