I moved into a property which was refurbished to a supposedly high standard. Well from the minute I moved in there were a number of issues. Water coming in through the light switcheswater coming in through the walls when it rained, causing a lot of damage. Boiler leaking, washing machine leaking, floorboards cracked and grouting in floorboards coming out. Toilet blockage caused by the sewage pipe being installed incorrectly. Which resulted in not being able to use the toilet for 3 days. Shower leaking which resulted in water damage to the kitchen ceiling. Once I moved out the landlord accused me of cracking a window pain- this was already there when I moved in, which I need to pay for to get repaired. Toilet seats repair due to rust...Bizzare!I would not recommend Hamptons as they were not helpful to me at all when we ended this contract.

Jacob gave good advice, was agile and quick to respond to all my needs and in fact was a step ahead in many aspects of the sale. He went above and beyond to help me as I was transacting whilst living abroad. Outstanding and personal service. Thankyou.

We have used Hamptons for 4 years to let and manage our property and their level of service is appalling. We eventually had to take over the management directly with our tenant due to the poor service they were providing despite being paid to provide this service. Very unresponsive to any requests and we have moved on to another agent who provide a brilliant service. Be warned their customer service is appalling.

TrustpilotHampton international not professional
Hampton international is a firm that is inefficient and unprofessional. When it comes to grabbing/finding a tenant they seem to be nice and quick. when it comes to the end of the contract they are slow and let things drag. We had to chase them with lots of emails with regards getting our deposit back. I urge all tenants to be aware of that.

Yoanna was so helpful with getting us into our flat. We could tell that she really tried hard for us.We have a had a few issues with the property, but Melanie has been very helpful, always quick to respond, and has helped with any issue we had.
