Over the years I have purchased and sold a number properties but never until now have I considered the service provided by an agent to be deserving of recommendation. Manon Dechy at Dexters South Ken office is the exception that has me writing my first review. Purchasing a probate leasehold has thrown up many problems which the solicitors had to resolve but it was Manon who brought it all together. She supported her client vendor, the executors, while keeping me as purchaser informed of progress. She successfully organised a meeting of interested parties including the freeholder’s representative so that everyone received comfort as to the future of the property. Manon was always available to progress matters whenever they hit a difficulty. Her professionalism and expertise truncated what would otherwise have been a very lengthy process. My sincere thanks to her.

Samuel Jahson was very nice and efficient with me and my partner and went above and beyond to help us searching for our apartment. I would like to highlight the fact that we were also based abroad during the search and I want to say that his effort was much appreciated and made this process much easier for us. He has been regularly messaging with relevant choices and always provided pictures and videos of the premises. Brilliant team

Many thanks to Gaz, Alice and team for all their hard work and help with the sale of my property. Repair of Side Gate

During the repair process of a side gate, Idis Plaatjies at Dexter was very helpful in calling me to keeping me update throughout the whole process from start to finish. This included making sure I was happy with the finished replaces from repair contractor Mr Totman who did a brilliant job restoring the side gate and gave advice to maintain it. Danilo - 5 stars for you!

The performance of any company is defined by the performance of their employees. I didn't have great experience with Dexters to be honest initially. But since Danilo has become the property manager, everything is super smooth. Danilo is extremely professional, polite and considerate towards tenant's needs. So prompt in responding to emails and not missing any point. His communications skills are great plus he is easily approchable. He makes sure that your issues/questions are resolved and follows up on it. He is honestly the best broker I have ever dealt with. Dexters need to re-examine their staff and need to hire more leads like Danilo in order to stand out in the market. Excellency at the peak, thank you!

The management of my flat was recently taken over by Dexters. I have been so impressed! Rachel Deacon-Holmes is my property manager and she has exceeded my expectations. My flat had not been properly managed previously and she had to quickly sort out some serious water damage. There have been a lot of other issues and both Rachel and Tom Bussman have been absolutely superb in assisting me in dealing with some overwhelming refurb works in order to bring my flat up to a particular standard. They have both responded promptly and given me honest advice in terms of getting and making the most of my flat. They have both been handed a tricky situation to sort out and they are doing it professionally and responsibly. for now it is still in the process of being done. Jessica-Joy has recently taken over coordination for my tenancy. I noticed a number of items in my rental either broken or malfunctioning because of aged appliances or routine wear and tear related breakdown.Jessica promptly arranged a site visit and verified details herself and wrote a comprehensive report to the landlord, which has resulted in the landlord successfully agreeing to fix a number of items on this list. Finally fix after 2 weeks of no "hot water"

I just want to thank Jessica Joy from Property Management Team. I am new to this city and rent my current apartment through a Dexter agent. However, I found there was no hot water for shower. Thanks for Jessica's timely services, my family could finally enjoy hot-water shower without boiling water myself after 2 weeks. Other than that, she also helped out on my other issues, like getting the parking license. I could totally feel her urgency of getting things done. Always ask for Nadia, words cannot describe her tenacity in securing your dream property. After having to deal with a bunch of bumbling agents for months on end and getting nowhere, dealing with Nadia was a breath of fresh air. She was on the ball from day 1, she literally got me, the perfect flat in 3 days of our first conversation. 10 min walk from bank station, unheard off. She’s absolutely brilliant. I was looking for a flat to rent through Dexter. Even the agent has already got my account number for holding deposit and asked me to fill out an application, they still arrange viewings and turn the offer into a game of blind bidding. Unless you have endless time and unlimited budget, property search with Dexter is a waste if time.
