I’ve had a fantastic experience with Dexters due to Jada Palmer, my agent. She’s gone above and beyond to be both responsive and to fix any issues I’ve faced in my new flat since I’ve recently moved in January. We approached Dexters to rent out our property. Initially they were very helpful. When we were ready to move ahead I asked for a copy of the agreement we would have to sign with them. Despite chasing them up, we have had no communication from them since then. I don't know if they just couldn't be bothered with the admin but we have now taken our business elsewhere. Very disappointing.
