Very happy with Dexters

We rented a property with Dexters a month ago. The process was very smooth and quick. We’ve now settled in and Dominic Glover has been very helpful in resolving all the issues faced when first moving in. Dominic is extremely proactive and a great problem solver. While searching for a new home for my family to move in with a bit of urgency, we were very lucky to find Charlie Daniels from Chelsea Dexter’s. He listened to what we wanted and showed us a perfect property in the area that fitted exactly what we needed straight away. Charlie and the team at Dexters Chelsea then made sure the transaction process was very smooth and we managed to sign the contract within a week. Excellent Property Management Service

I am very happy with the property management service provided by Dexter and I would like to give a special shout out to the Senior Property Manager, Petros Giorganios. There was an appliance broken in my apartment and needed repair service. Throughout the process, Petros followed up my case closely, give me clear instructions and options on what I could do/choose to get repair done. He would give me phone calls to clarify and explain the situation, like how I should arrange parking space in my property estate and make sure I got it right. During the phone call, he is very polite and explain things to me patiently.

Excellent work George Calderara and Isabelle Strack

My self and my husband had made the decision to value our property by 3/4 local estate agents. By far Dexter’s was the best so professional and I knew at that stage I wanted to instruct with them. George at the Hendon branch and Isabell were the two individuals we had the pleasure of dealing with. As much as I didn’t enjoy the process of selling and buying they could not have done any more to be supportive and professional. It’s a very emotional process and takes time and patience but like I said they were very professional, kind, patient and always there for a chat. Well done Dexters. Incredible experience with Dexters, and particularly with Jemima Wood, sales consultant. I live in chelsea and am too lazy to go through the sites to find a home to buy. So I decided to walk in to a few RE offices in the area and speak directly to a sales consultant. I walked into dexters and was greeted by Jemima. We had a 10 min discussion about what I was looking for. She told me that if I had the time she can immediately show me three properties that could meet my criteria and off we went. Of course, I needed to see a few more as I am a first time buyer so By week 3, she had shown me 8 properties all of which fit my specs. Tomorrow I will make an offer. Jemima is a professional, no nonsense consultant. She showed me exactly what I wanted to see. She follows up but doesn’t push. Quite a rare attribute in a consultant! I would highly recommend her to anyone wanting to buy a home. I must also add that on the same day I went into dexters, Chelsea, I walked in to 2 other prestigious RE’s and discussed what I wanted and left my details. Both promised to get back to me. To this day neither of them bothered!!!!! Of course I never followed up with them because as a buyer, I expect a consultant to be pro-active. As was Jemima. I vowed to myself that I will only work with her and Dexters even if I had to wait months for the right home to buy. And as far as the apartments I was shown, Dexters proved to have a firm grip on the Chelsea area! A very happy client. Rula

First tenancy experience

First of all I have no previous experience to compare with but I as per my opinion Dexters really tries to provide good service. There are minuses and pluses, but in general I have a good opinion about this company.I was checking in my apartment but it was not clean at all. Dexters could manage cleaning service of the carpets on the 24 of Dec right before Christmas.But after check in I have been receiving a good assistance from Property Management as well as Maintenance teams.Many thanks to Jada Palmer for her willingness to help, address the issues and quick communication with the owner of apartment.

High quality property management from Donalina Gargrupe

I have worked with Donalina Gargrupe, who has been an excellent property manager. I really like the fact that she has always consulted me quickly about any problems that arise in a calm and professional manner, as well as making sure I get reasonably priced quotes for work that needs doing. I have appreciated her advice and feel she has helped me to be a good landlord. I have not always had the communication I want from property managers in the past and wish there were more like Donalina!
