I am very tired of seeing outdated ads on Dexters website. I am looking for a place to rent at the moment, called one of the offices. They said the flat is gone in December! Come on guys we’re in March. They weren’t willing give recommendations for the other flats. Quite disappointed!

Having previously sold a property through Dexters elsewhere, I decided to use them again to sell my flat in SW10, and I am glad that I did. In a fairly tough market, I had plenty of viewings and eventually sold for very close to the price I had hoped for. Their communication was excellent and they kept me informed at every stage.

One aggressive sales person but good management response

I said I was I interested in a flat.A lady called me 3 times in less than a minute the next day.When I finaly picked up, I said I thought it was urgent as I had 3 calls back to back but that I was at work. The lady on the phone insisted, said that if I couldn't make it today or tomorrow before 4pm it would be gone. I said I couldn't, she said "ok" and simply hung up obviously upset without even saying good bye.Management called me back after my bad feedback and was very nice and apologetic saying this is not the way they normally deal with people. So not too bad in the end.
