We enquired with Tamara in the Chelsea office about a nearby house, and the whole process was pretty seamless, and very fast. The friendliness and helpfulness stood out, and I would definitely recommend. The only thing that I would suggest for Dexters is to stop doing phone payments! Online feels much safer - I don't think I've made a phone payment elsewhere in the last 10 years.

Poorly managed and unprofessional

Mostly, it's a poorly run operation. It takes weeks and weeks to get your deposit back after leaving the flat. They mishandle your rent. The agents schedule flat viewings without first consulting you. Just largely an unprofessional service, which -- given the high fees they charge both tenants and landlords -- should not be the case.
