My rental went far from great.I reported the need for a kitchen repair and it never got resolved. It felt disrespectful. When they have the rent, that’s it. I won’t be using them again.

This is the worst property agent I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Even though I left their property in the best state possible this company has attempted to withhold my deposit and try to get their tenants to pay for redecoration costs despite all issues coming from fair wear and tear during a pandemic. If you value your hard earned money and want your value for money, Dexters is not it.

GoogleI have been dealing with Dexters sales section for few months, my main contact has been with Eugenie Tillioli who has listened to and registered my wishes and requests. she carefully chose relevant properties and described them with great details. although i knew the area of my search I was impressed with Eugenie's detailed knowledge of it. I found her friendly and professional.her responses to my calls were immediate even when they fell at the margins of her working days. she made regular follow up calls with respect and courtesy. GoogleWith the support from Dexters Chelsea I recently rented out a property and subsequently sold a property in SW10. On the lettings side, the process was entirely stress free. Communication was excellent and if at any stage a problem occurred Aaron contacted me with an excellent solution and fixed the problem. During the viewings process i was kept up to date, feedback and advice was honest and effective. After accepting an offer, the team worked tirelessly on my behalf and were always at the end of the phone. Percy worked incredibly hard behind the scenes, was dynamic, approachable and invaluable in achieving a swift exchange of contracts. Overall in my experience the team at Dexters Chelsea offer a very professional but more importantly a very personal service and i would highly recommend them.

Since Natasha took over, we've never had to wait too long for any issues to be fixed/solved, at the very least, she lets us know what's going on and when we can expect some movement. She has managed the renovation of our kitchen and our contract renewals with minimum fuss. Her communication is great._
