I have been dealing with Chestertons South Kensington to let my premium property. They were excellent and professional especially Tom Hewitt who have exceeded all expectations. He is always there to deal promptly with any concerns or dispute regarding the property, always given excellent advice when is needed. Chestertons have many branches and contacts that helps to find the right tenants as soon as the property is vacant and ready for new tenancy. Their clients are premium, they never failed to satisfy all needs regarding tenacies and advice to achieve best best value.

Isaiah Samuels- Despite joining well into our tenancy, Isaiah was extremely proactive in trying to resolve our issues and give his best efforts in all our interactions. We had several issues with the landlord and previous property managers who were unable to get approval to carry out repair works. Isaiah swiftly carried this out shortly after joining and made the rest of our tenancy smooth! As tenants, this is what we look for in agencies rather than those who only protect landlord interests. I can't recommend Gregor Scott and Chestertons enough! We were looking for quite specific rental requirements in terms of accessibility and to tight timings and Gregor was absolutely fantastic. In addition to incredible professionalism and expertise, he went above and beyond, was incredibly proactive to help me secure the perfect rental, brilliantly guiding me along the way and made the whole process smooth and incredibly human. Incompetence throughout

Incompetence throughout. We were pushed into signing and moving in within a few days, we were told lies about issues with the contract when raised. They left furniture in the flat when we moved which they didn't bother to remove for a week afterwards. One of our keys doesn't work and they've failed to replace it. We have an ongoing maintenance issue which has been going on for over a month with no end in sight as they want to pursue baseless accusations, leading to a working relationship were we are unlikely to report issues in future due to their utter lack of competence.

I rented a property through Chesterton's for two years and from the moment my partner and I moved into the property James Smith the Property Manager made the process and duration of our stay smooth sailing. Do not do business with them. They let a tradesman into my home without telling me. They gave him a key and he just opened the door. I thought I heard something upstairs.
