She perfectly understood my needs, negotiated the deal with the landlord for me and was so efficient to let me move into the apartment in just one week. GoogleI have had the immense pleasure of working with Julian (also known as Jules), Charlie and Iain from Chestertons in a professional capacity. To list but a few of their qualities, they are friendly, efficient, pro-active, knowledgeable and extremely easy to work with. Their strong work ethic really does make all the difference to a transaction. Would highly recommend!

TrustpilotAgent didn’t turn up to viewing.
Had a viewing booked for an apartment and travelled nearly two hours to view it. Turned up and no agent was there, and I didn’t even get a call to say if it had been cancelled/if the flat had been taken. Tried calling them several times but nobody answered. Massive waste of time.

GoogleIain and Charlie at Chestertons Notting Hill sold my flat in June 2019. It had been on the market for around six months. They were friendly, up front and very competent. They made it a very straightforward process in a difficult market and I would recommend them to anyone based on my experience with them.

GoogleI worked on the sale of a property with Iain and Charlie recently and they did an excellent job. They kept both parties informed of the other's position throughout the transaction and dealt successfully with the few issues that arose during the course of the sale which ensured they did not become more significant problems, and the sale went through successfully.

TrustpilotPoor communications, high fees
Very large teams with poor communication between property managers, accounts, tenancy agreements etc as various tasks of lettings are subdivided and given to different members of staff and teams to process. In general I have found that no one takes responsibility, and getting to the right person to sort simple things out for lettings becomes very tedious.
