We have never came across a team who are as efficient and helpful as these guys. I have had the pleasure of liaising with Mark Kardos from Chestertons as the property manager for my flat over the last two years, and I can say that I’m happy with the service he provided.From the beginning, Mark managed my flat promptly and efficiently, ensuring that all my requests were addressed promptly.Unfortunately the landlord didn’t want to undertake some repairs that needed doing from the beginning of my tenancy. But I can say that Mark tried to do his best. Mark's excellent communication skills and responsiveness were particularly good. Whenever I had a question or concern, he was always quick to respond and provide the necessary assistance.I am genuinely grateful for the great job Mark has done in managing the flat I was renting. His professionalism, reliability, and dedication to customer satisfaction are truly commendable.
