Very good service from the team, especially Suzan and Thomas. Tenants were found quickly, helped with the paper work and organised EICR in time before tenants moved in. Getting new keys cut and arranged handyman when we had a couple of stressful days before tenancy began.

Katherine is awful!!!

I waited for the agent named Katherine to come with a client today at 09:30AM to see the flat that i’am currently staying.The day before I asked her to RECONFIRM the viewing because sometimes people cancel last minute.1. She did not call me to reconfirm the viewing!2. She was 20 minutes late for viewing and of course I thought it was cancelled!3. The BIGGEST problem: She didn't even ring the doorbell to allow entry into the apartment. She just opened the door with the keys and I woke up with her in the flat and a man (the customer).I was undressed and I am also 9 months pregnant.Disappointing!!!!!

I can't praise enough the Chestertons Sales team in Kew. Not only was everybody I dealt with very friendly and professional. I was impressed by how quickly suitable potential buyers were identified. Bad communication from the agency.

Worst communication from the property management team.I requested a call back from the agency several times due to my property manager, Shakil, was unavailable, however, he never called back or emailed back. I have to call them day after day to solve the property issues. It's been two months, and my request has never been satisfied. Their manager is busier than the prime minister, so just avoid this agency, don't bother them.

Professional First Class Service

A big thanks to Jamie and team at the Notting Hill Gate office. They arranged the property rental very quickly. Gave lots of good advice and processed the whole letting without any issues.
