Toby was terrific to deal with. As a tenant, he was so prompt with his responses and dealt with any concerns or complications with such efficiency. I felt that he was very trustworthy and reliable and therefore could not rate him any higher. Suzan was also helpful with her involvement. Overall, we had a great experience with JP.

Gary Noone, Jack Burnett and the team at Chestertons were proactive, communicative and ambitious with how they marketed my rental flat. They listed it for more than other agents had suggested and still got over-asking from all the offers. From listing day to a signed tenant took just a few days!The admin process after that was smooth and simple via an online portal.

I had a visit that was late by an hour. I didn’t mind too much at the time. But the fact that it’s been a week I’ve been told I’ll get an email of the valuation. Called and spoken to people online and over the phone and I’ve still not heard anything other than we’ll get back to you. Or you’ll receive it tonight.

I have been using the management services of this company for some time , and always found them to be professional , efficient and really supportive of landlords and tenants , which I think is really important . Heather was brilliant, very helpful, understood what we needed and helped us confirm a property that has been perfect for us. All communication was very clear and the tenancy set up was very smooth. Only missing a star as on the move in day the inventory company claimed we weren't at the property at the agreed time (we were) and then we couldn't track down what they had done with the keys for a bit!

It’s my friend’s and my first time renting a flat in the UK, and our experience with Chestertons has been great. Renting process was smooth, all the staff we have encountered have been nice and helpful, especially our property manager Shakil Khan was prompt in providing us assistance when we moved in, really appreciate it.

Ryan Briggs took over managing my apartment about 6 months ago and it was safe to say that prior to it, it took awhile for responses to my queries. While he seems rather swamped (judging by the out of office messages I get when I send messages), he makes it a point to reply, albeit, a couple of days later. He acts professionally and is quick to understand my concerns and follow up on them. I sense that he is very service oriented and with more time, he will do an even better job. Glad to have him as my property manager.
