Unfortunately I am living a nightmare…

Unfortunately I am living a nightmare due to Sheery Fitzgerald. Im renting an apartamento for 2600 eur/month for almost 6 months and still didnt receive any one for Maintance and inspection. I currently dont have hot water neither heating system, for 2 days. They dont give any support, and the answer is "we need to wait", no other option presented. They "makeup" the apartment for the view before renting, when you move in, you start finding that the apartment is totally in bad conditions. Repeating, it is a 2600 eur/month apartament, now a old one. If you looking for a rent, do not rent with Sherry Fitzgerald, after signed the contract you are totally alone!

Avoid their incompetent Lettings agents

We used SherryFitzgerald to manage our rental property in D8 for 2 years. During the period, they inspected the property 4 times and told us it was all ok to be re-let. However on my own inspection I found serious water damage in 3 area that were totally ignored and cost 1000’s to put right. After a complaint was raised and followed up, nothing was admitted so we fired them! They are incompetent and just want to churn properties. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

We chose Sherry Fitzgerald Daly to sell our house and we were very happy with this decision. From the beginning, all the team were extremely helpful and nothing was a problem.The inshop and online brochure with great photos that was produced was excellent and to a very high standard .I think this is a very important part of the sale as it is the first impression any potential buyer will get of the property you are selling and first impressions are important. We found the feedback we got from the sales team on progress second to none. John hugely helpful in sorting out the sale of a property with a number of issues like rights of way etc. We knew from start it was not going to be an easy process and that potential purchasers were limited. He stuck to the task always convincing us he would source a buyer and he did.Given his input over a lengthy period of time I had no qualms in paying the fee requested and would definitely use their office again.

I have just closed the sale of my house in Caherdaniel having used Sean Daly of Kenmare as my selling agent. The level of service was outstanding, starting with the presentation of my property online, including aerial drone images taking full advantage of the panoramic views. Maximum publicity was obtained by arranging an interview will a national newspaper which generated great interest in the property. John Daly was always available to deal with any issues that arose during the selling process and worked tirelessly to ensure a satisfactory outcome.
