GoogleJulie was invaluable in helping my mum sell her house. Julie gave excellent advice and liaised with everybody to reduce the stress involved. She was friendly and knowledgeable and because of her experience of the Kenilworth property market, mum's house was sold very quickly. GoogleFrom past experience Estate Agents have been viewed as essential in the selling process but you're left questioning "what do they actually do for their fee". Julie really does buck that trend. She has controlled all the viewings, is professional, very approachable and simply does her job extremely well. Use her and you really won't be disappointed. Highly recommended.
