As a Kenilworth resident for many years, I love the local community and how much our town offers for residents and visitors alike. My estate agency work took me out of the area for several years, building up skills and knowledge, including my CePAP, MARLA, and MNAEA qualifications. EweMove has given me the opportunity to start up in my hometown and the ability to offer a personal service that can’t be matched by the high street brands. As a parent of primary school-aged children, we love the variety of activities to do in the area, from the spectacular Kenilworth Castle and our fantastic library to the new leisure facilities at Castle Farm. We enjoy getting out further afield to explore the countryside, cycling, and running.

FacebookI was tempted to go with one of the more traditional estate agents in the area but am so glad I chose Matt and EweMove. From start to finish we got personalised service and regular, proactive communications. He went above and beyond with any requests and - from a buying perspective - secured many viewings, I suspect because of how approachable EweMove are (with a 24/7 phone line) and social media support. I think people on both sides of the buying process appreciate the personal service Matt offers over some of the more traditional big name chains.

FacebookMatt has changed my opinion of estate agents. He is so knowledgable, helpful, thorough and above all honest. Exactly what was needed to achieve a sale with our tight timescales. We managed to sell above asking price and with a minimum of disturbance for viewings. He looked after us all the way through the process too. If only all estate agents were like Matt.
