Matt is hands down the best agent in town. I can't say how much we appreciated his communication and proactivity. Most importantly for us, his involvement didn’t stop once we accepted an offer. He was committed all the way through the transaction, even helping us with our purchase! We really appreciated that we only dealt with Matt and he knew everything about our sale. His communication is second to none and he takes responsibility for the service he provides. There’s no feeling that you’re just another property on his books. Would recommend 100%.

We can’t thank Matt enough for all his help with our move. It was a long journey, with delays along the way that were outside of our control, but Matt was great throughout. From our very first conversation, he was responsive, calm, professional and always shared honest updates and next steps, which we really appreciated. Matt also took the time to understand what we were looking for. When our first purchase fell through, his knowledge of the local area meant he was able to suggest new properties and viewings that he thought would be a good fit for us. One of those viewings ended up being our perfect home, and we moved in last week! We’re absolutely delighted and couldn’t be happier with our new house. We’ve recently moved in to our new house, after putting our house up with eweMove with Matt, we were not disappointed. We had a few valuations with various estate agents and viewings up with other agents and just didn’t get the personal feel, they didn’t know things about the house and we got told numerous times ‘we’ll have to ring the office to find out’ This cemented we wanted to use Matt, from the start, Matt was very professional and friendly, working on his own, he does all the viewings and photos etc, so he really gets to know you and your house. He came round for a cuppa to talk through everything & was very informative. He’s been at the end of the phone every step of the way, not just for us, but for our buyers. There were lots of snags from further up the chain and Matt always calmly helped sort & speak to solicitors. Would highly recommend Matt to anyone considering moving.
