GoogleVery unprofessional, if your looking to sell your house then do not use this estate agent. I viewed a house with them and offered the asking price and made it clear that I would pay more than any offer received, I called in three times to speak to the negotiator and was told that 'Jo' was busy and would call back, I got a call three days later to say that the house has been sold and basically to deal with it. I’ve been buying and selling properties for 20yrs and have never come across such poor service. the agent should aim to get the best price for their client not the quickest sale. No frill agent with no focus on customer service.... AVOID OR LOOSE MONEY
