The service provided was great, from finding the Tenants all the way through to sending us the check out report after the Tenants had left. The Elizabeth Davenport Team are always there to take your phone call and provide advice or assistance where needed, not just to us but certainly also to our Tenants to make sure they enjoyed living in our property. They secured a good number of viewings and we had a near-asking price offer within a month of the property going on the market. They were always prompt in responding to queries and guided us through the process with sensitivity. They also ensured that the buyers did not drop out of the process when there were delays in the probate process. I highly recommend them.
