Avoid! Bathroom lights gone in a year. Rusting on radiators. Poor customer service and told miss information from their team. Impossible to speak to anyone in charge to get things resolved. You have to chase them. They won’t come back to you or acknowledge emails etc.

After being on the waiting list for a property and phoning every month for about a year the property I wanted came available.Got a call and said I wanted to proceed.The next day I phoned to be told they had sold it to someone else. Spending what for me is a huge amount of money and dealing with staff who couldn’t care less

Moved into Mascalls Grange late in December 2020 and overall a brilliant house.as you would expect some snags needed sorting and so far all have been fixed. Site manager, Rob and assistant manager, Tom have been brilliant helping with enquiries and any rectifications. I have not hesitated once to contact site for assistant and not once have I been dissapointed.

Good house, awful aftercare.Bought a house and was mostly happy. One issue with the landscaping has since become a complete headache since it seems policy to avoid helping customers with any issues that aren't minor. Bit of advice- refuse to part with your cash until you are absolutely happy with the house. Once they have your money they suddenly don't care about you at all.

We bought a home from Charles Church on their Woodberry Heights site. The support and help we have recieved during and after the purchase from the sales team and site manager has been amazing. If we had the money to do it all again we would not hesitate in buying another home with Charles Church. The home is beautiful and the finish exceptional.

Moved into a new Charles Church home in Mascals Grange..the service since the start was great from the sales office to the on site team..we were especially pleased with Craig the senior site manager who ensured his team worked hard and had our property ready on time. Any issues and snags were dealt with promptly.
