Good afternoon Ms Millican. I felt the need to reply to your post and one star review of our company. Having sold your property several months ago you tried to negotiate a significant reduction in our fee, under threat of taking a complaint to The Property Ombudsman(TPO). Having confidence in the exceptional service we are renowned for we were prepared to have our service scrutinised by TPO. Following their thorough independent investigation they did not uphold your complaint. In our correspondence I highlighted that we would honour whatever the outcome of the investigation was, to provide you an assurance that we only acted fairly through our discussions. However, I understand you may disagree with The Property Ombudsman ruling.

GoogleWould definitely recommend Boothroyd & Co - professional, proactive and responsive. Were spot on in their valuation, and managed the process between both buyer and seller extremely well. Were particularly good at ensuring momentum maintained on the sales process. Can't fault them.

GoogleWe were interested in purchasing a property which was already tenanted and were initially told by the agent that we can choose to purchase the property as a vacant possession. After weeks of discussion the agent then says vacant possession is not an option. Unprofessional and incompetent staff. Stay well clear!

YellStaff at kenilworth office
The lady that deals with rentals needs to get some manners,very rude and unhelpful on a number of occasions. I Wont be using this firm again!! If you dont like your job, let someone else take the role.
