They listened to our requirements of preparing our property in advance ready for when we were ready to hit the market. However like all agents in my experience, they can sway towards whoever pays their bills, eg, landlords over tenants and sometimes complaints are met with a great attitude, professional and attentive response but nothing really happens. Never ever use them, we rented a property through them and everything was fine til we wanted to move out. We sent them the notice to vacate and they then tried booking viewings at stupid hours.On several occasions they never informed us of the bookings and they would just turn up, we never got an apology from them for anything that happened. In the final week that we were in the property, they let themselves into the flat and tried to show people round. Boxes were everywhere and nothing was clean and tidy. We had not been told that there was a viewing. The only reason we know someone came was the fact that some of our items were moved.Since then I have contacted them to ask why and they just came back with the excuse that they were short staffed that day, however we should of had 24 hour notice. Since emailing them I have had no response or an apology, they have just ignored my email.The staff members are rude and don't care whether they do a good job or not. Obviously don't care whether they get a good review.Will never be using them again, unless I absolutely have to.
