GoogleWe had a brilliant experience buying our first home through Atkinson Stilgoe, the team (especially Ruth, Steve and Anna) kept us well informed of the progress of the sale, and ensured the process was efficient and smooth. Steve was also fantastic dealing with our mortgage application. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!

GoogleThe team at Atkinson Stilgoe Kenilworth have done an incredible job of supporting my partner and I through our recent purchase. Stephen Taylor, Mortgage Service Partner, helped us access good deals on our mortgage to fit our long-term financial goals. The team at Atkinson Stilgoe Kenilworth lifted all stress from the process and made buying a house as simple as possible. They also managed to help push our purchase through in 6 weeks (from offer to completion). Thank you also to Joe who kept in contact with us from the day we viewed the house to completion day - he shared our excitement and enthusiasm and was always helpful. We would highly recommend Atkinson Stilgoe Kenilworth to anyone looking to buy, sell or rent a property.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleWe bought our first home through Atkinson stilgoe. We are relatively new to the UK and give full credit to their amazing mortgage brokers for helping us buy our home. Starting from Raj from Connells Leamington who got us our Mortgage in principal when every other broker had told us its impossible to Stephen Taylor who saw us through till the last day. He helped us secure our mortgage inspite of our exceptionally unique circumstances. He was so lovely that I called him for everything! It was fitting that he was the one to hand me the keys after completion! The rest of the team were great as well and made sure that things happened in a smooth manner.

GoogleThe team at Atkinson stilgoe Kenilworth are committed, honest and resilient. Our property was over-valued by a local agent and we moved the sale to AS because we liked their approach. We eventually sold at 10% below their market revaluation but with a niche property in difficult times.

GoogleWe rate Atkinson Stilgoe Estate Agents at Kenilworth as one star because we have no option to choose ZERO star. The experience with this agency was terribly bad. They tried to force you to buy a property and put high pressure on you through non-existing other potential buyers. If you did not buy, will block you to view any other properties to be sold by this agency. They will also not to take your offers to other properties on sale by this agency and pass to the vendors. Basically they will break the link between you and the vendors which is extremely bad for both the sellers and the buyers. Do not try to buy properties from this agency, very important, we will definitely NOT to sell our properties through this agency because they will kick off the potential buyers under the circumstance you have to sell your property slowly or at poor price.
