Lucy and the team at MG are nothing short of amazing! After speaking with several other agents to list and manage the sale of our property, we decided to instruct MG and what a great decision it was! When Lucy came to value our home, she was down to earth, honest and didn't try to flog us a list of corporate nonsense (unlike other local agents) and made us feel confident in their abilities as a smaller independent estate agent. Kat came to take photos of the property and again, was lovely, down to earth and really respectful of our home! - the photos/3D tour looked amazing! We were also looking to purchase a property in the local area, and the MG team took note of the exact type of property we would like to buy, again Lucy came through with our ideal home, knowing it was exactly what we wanted. Lucy took us to view the property, and we fell in love.. a few days after.. it was ours! The entire MG team made us feel as though our home was the only property on their radar, and that they would nurture the entire process from start to finish and they really have done just that - despite being a busy agent with plenty of other lovely homes under their management, it has been nothing short of a pleasure from valuation to offer accepted! In what can be a really stressful step in life, Lucy, Kat and the MG team made us feel at ease with their friendly yet professional approach - we would recommend them to anyone! We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend MG to anyone thinking of selling their property. Their marketing is second to none and really ensures your property stands out from the crowd. Viewings are easy to schedule and the instant feedback is amazing. Special mention goes to Kat, who took so much time and attention to detail to ensure our home was showcased at its best in the photos. After 17 years in our family home, it was refreshing to find an estate agent that did not pressure us and worked in our best interests at all times. We completed after a year in a bumpy market, and we are so glad we stuck it out. Gavin was always calm, reassuring and confident that we would get there in the end. We did, and it was all worth it! Very unprofessional, not sure how they get such a high rating. I arranged a viewing of a property, that had to be done by the homeowner, as Milne Moser had nobody available to do the viewing, despite it being a midweek day and in normal business hours. Received an email to confirm the viewing date and time, but instead of it stating that it was with the homeowner, another name had been put in place. I attended the house viewing, which went ok and I informed the homeowner that I would need to go away and think about an offer. I liked the property, but the price was too high for the current condition and I thought that it was best to wait for someone from Milne Moser to contact myself, to find out how the viewing went, if I wanted to put an offer in, etc, etc, as my offer may have been insulting to the homeowner, whom I didn’t want to upset, because they were such nice people. I was awaiting contact from Milne Moser to discuss all of this, but I was never contacted by them, to see how the viewing went, or to see if I wanted to proceed any further. If I was this homeowner, trying to sell my property, I would definitely go to an alternative estate agent, one who chases up possible sales, an estate agent that follows up on viewings, as every other estate agent that I have viewed a property with has done. Milne Moser have contacted me numerous times via email, but only to sent me brochures of other properties on their books, despite them never asking me what my budget was, what type of property I was looking for, which area I preferred, any housing requirements etc, etc, just a bombardment of sales brochure emails, to which I have now unsubscribed from. I would recommend going elsewhere, if you are looking to sell your property, as there are plenty of other estate agents looking for commission, ones who will put the effort in and push to sell your property.

Andrew came to value our property and was helpful with tips to help the market more attractive whilst providing a professional presentation and brochures of others they had sold on the street. I have recently bought a property through this estate agent. It started well with a good viewing and my offer was accepted at the beginning of December. It then took seven months to get to completion. Not directly the fault of the agents but they were not at all pro-active at getting the process moving. In fact I was told that once an offer had been accepted they were no longer involved. They were surprised when I told them after 5 months that I hadn't exchanged contracts - they seemed to be unaware of that fact. They only acted when I said I was going to pull out. This was such a contrast with my experience of selling my Midlands property.
