GoogleAvoid at all cost!!..charlotte & harry are great friendly and will go that extra mile..once your in business the whole process is handled by there head office and software that's when you realise its not the best deal..its not end of world just watch out for the hidden agendas with yourmove and there high end fees..:-) (opinion as a landlord)

GoogleRecently purchased a property through YourMove, it was a bumpy year to say the least with the bank and work on the property , But throughout the whole process, Harry and the rest of the team were spot on! They dealt with everything with professionalism and care, I would highly recommend to first time buyers to use YourMove! 13/10

GoogleWe have nothing but praise for the way Your Move Keighley handled the sale of our house. They were prompt, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them. What a great team! Highly recommend. We’ve used their services before and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again, should the need arise.

GoogleNot completed yet but have just gone through two days of back and forth. Finally settled the issues today thanks to the efforts of Alex and Claire. Great communication,very polite and to the point. They obviously know their stuff and don't leave you hanging on wondering what is going on.

GoogleCommunication is absolutely abysmal. Emails just go unsent slowing the entire process down, weeks pass before they tell you that something is wrong...I ended up backing out of the entire thing and counting myself lucky that I wasn't going to ever have to deal with them again.

GoogleBrilliant. Cant say anymore than that. The team have really helped me get my house moving. Sold quickly and because I'm moving up the country they have helped me sort out a house up there too. Wow, what great service. Wish everyone in town worked like this..

GoogleFantastic service by the Keighley branch. Recently sold my house through Your Move and have been dealing with Harry in branch. He was always free to help me whenever i needed it and made the sale go through extremely quickly. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone!!

GooglePoor service. Never answer the questions. I had to call them plenty of times to get some information. Charlotte isn't helpful and polite. She never rings me back. I had to wait over 3 weeks to get a key.
