TrustpilotNightmare Agency in The Midlands
DO NOT RENT OR BUY THROUGH THEM ! I have moved into a flat in Leicester in July 2020 and in many occasions, the agency proved to be unprofessional, unhelpful and totally care-less. ZERO COMMUNICATION as they're supposedly always busy, even at 9am on a Monday !! I cannot write explicitly what I think of them, but I hope you get the point!! Also good reviews are probably paid or fake !!!!

YellPoor customer service and insinuated us of stealing
Went in because of a faulty meter top up card about 3 weeks ago (i think was the 21st June), that was sold by them (it has happened multiple times) they accused me of using the credit and then bringing back a used card to swap for a new one. utterly unacceptable the way i was insinuated of basically stealing from them after being a loyal customer and tenant for a number of years. I can safely say that i will not be renewing my tenancy with them because of this and other reason such as; not passing issues with the flat onto the landlord, telling me that £15 a week in gas usage is normal for running hot water (no heating worked during winter so i basically froze) even though previous houses i have let it was costing me about £20 a month in heating... if you are planning on renting a property from them i would avoid it and go with another estate agents.

I don't usually give just 1 Star. But one particular branch in Cornwall has proved to be quite unprofessional. I would like to tell them that one size does not fit all. We all have our own story especially more so during this Pandemic. This company needs to adapt to the changes regarding people's changed lives during this time, and become much more emphatic and sensitive in their dealings with individuals.

we have called them tomake an offer so many times then we have been told to wait for an email when we called back we have been told that there were too many offers so we cant make one, it was soo frustrating to hear that as we could of made an offer but due to their irresponsible behaviour I will never try to do anything with this company

I’ve been using this company for years. They have always been professional and done their best for me. I don’t understand why there are so many 1 star reviews and suspect that are from a competitor. I also have noticed the complete lack of 2 and 3 star reviews which is strange.

Avoid at all costs also from a Landlord perspective. Property not managed, promises of return calls which do not happen, when you ring them you find that the person who was supposed to return call is either on holiday or has left the company ......

Bad experience! When it was time to received the deposit they did a report (check in and check out of the flat). The problem is that we never did it at the beginning and only them did it so they said the flat was perfect without any type of damage. We waited 3 weeks for our deposit because what they said in the report of check out was totally wrong. Never again with them!

TrustpilotYou cannot choose a worse agent
They seem very helpful until you pay those ridiculous fees and then all of a sudden they become horribly unprofessional. You have to remind them of your requests several times and even then they don't act. They ignore your emails or, in the lucky case, answer them in one sentence. At the end they try to rip you off your deposit a claim even more for non-existing 'damage' of the property. Run away from them!

GoogleAwful experience, estate agent was rude and judgemental. He wouldnt take us to view the other places as he thought we wouldnt be able to handle it and it would upset us. He also said to us that every other estate agent wouldnt be interested in us because of a few glitches. When infact weve now found somewhere with an estate agent who was very helpful. Will not be going back to this branch. Very patronising bloke
