GoogleRenting a house with lovage. Service is absolutely terrible, we reserved the house at the start of September and it’s now October 28th with no contract-2 days until the deadline. All our texts/calls are brushed off or ignored with the problem not actually being fixed, customer service is very unprofessional and many others I know are having the same problem. Do not recommend.
Hi Leona, I've been dealing with Roisin as spokesperson from your group and have been back and forth with her over the last few weeks and replied to all of her messages. The delay has been down to waiting for the owner to confirm various things and I actually emailed you all yesterday about it. We are the only agent that have made any effort to free up some houses for the new April cohort, the arrival of 150 additional students in the area has been a huge amount of extra work for a small, independent agency and in a very difficult year. I have done my best and we are looking at taking on an additional member of staff to prepare for the increase in the student population going forward. I hope as you get to know us your opinion will change.Thanks, Caroline

GoogleI've been renting with Lovage Homes for a few months now, they are really friendly and approachable. They fixed any issues we had, and best of all no tenant fees, so moving in was much more affordable than previous places I've rented. Would definitely recommend!

GoogleSold our house through Lovage. Really helpful, and clearly understand the local market. Their valuation was accurate and secured a sale. Plenty of footfall, they showed people round, and made sure the dog didn’t eat potential customers. Great job.
