GoogleAvoid completely if you are wanting to keep your deposit to avoid paying 2 month worth of rent for your last month ,me and my partner are in dispute over an old sofa being left by a previous tennant . Me and my partner removed this due to being told we could before entering the property as it was UNFURNISHED , so we had removed the old sofa which was worn and now are being held for a full deposit over this .
This is me and my patners first rented property and never again , especially with the bad experince through out our rental with pennyland due to problems not being resolved throughout our rental .
I would give it a -5 rating if i could.
