Where to start! The service from Emmerson Homes was exceptional from start to finish. The attention to detail, the communication and professionalism was absolutely outstanding. Every little step of the journey was handled with clarity and not once did I need to ask or chase a single thing, they were proactive and highly knowlegable and despite complexities, our sale was in very safe hands. Helen and her team dealt with it all; from start to finish and we, and our buyers were absolutely thrilled! I've never encountered such a brilliant agency and cannot recommend them highly enough.

This was my first time using Emmerson Homes. I am so pleased with their service and professionalism throughout the process. It was an emotional time for me as it was a family member who had passed away and I wasn't looking forward to selling the family home. Helen met me at the house and talked me through all the different steps of the sales process. I didn't have to do anything. The viewings were all dealt with by them and I was always kept informed with the viewing schedule by Claire. Claire was always very helpful and provided me with any answers I required. Nothing was a problem. Wonderful service and I would definitely recommend them to sell your property. Keep up the great service.

Selling the home of our mother who had to go into residential care was never going to be easy, too many memories to look at it without being emotionally attached. Helen and the whole team from Emmerson Homes in Johnstone advised us how to prepare the home for the home report, photography, description and showing the property. We cannot thank each member of the staff enough for their patience, guidance and advice. This was my first time using Emmerson Homes and I am delighted to say that service provided by the staff was first class. At the first meeting I enquired about whether to sell or let my property. I was given very impartial advice and the pros and cons of each option were fully explained. As well as all the details for gaining a home report and I also arranged a site visit with Helen. After the site visit minor areas of improvement were suggested that would assist in selling the property. I was also given advice on how active the sales market for the area was and the level of demand for property to let in the area. Throughout the complete process I would receive updates as to enquiries and viewings requests. Even when the sales market changed I contacted the office and discussed various options with Claire. Overall I cannot fault Emmerson Homes and the service they provide. It is a one stop shop for selling or letting your property and their experience and advice is invaluable. Thanks ladies for all your hard work in selling my property and I will not hesitate to use your services, if required in the future.

Emmerson homes both managed my letted property and handled my sale. In both cases they were fantastic, another letting agent had let me down when I was putting the flat up for rent and I almost lost the house I was buying thankfully we found Emmerson homes in time and they saved the day.
