FacebookThe ladies here are next to nothing amazing! We fell in love with a property and the team at your home let! The whole process was super smooth, easy and so supportive! All my questions were answered, even the random ones and the support was fantastic! Move in day was super stressful for us but the team made it so smooth and calming the minute we went to collect keys! Would recommend them to anyone looking to rent a property! Thank you ladies!!❤️🫶🏻

Made me feel like I was there top Priority. Nothing was a Hassle no matter what I asked. Being from South Africa no estate agent wanted to know me because of the virus. that didnt stop these 2 lovely ladies. After being turned down for 86 houses. it took 1 visit with Veronica and I am now in a home. Honesty Integrity Welcoming Helpfull. I could go on. Once Again Thank you.

GoogleAs a tenant of a property for over 15 years that has recently had the management passed over to 'Your Home Let', I feel compelled to leave a review for the benefit of anyone considering renting a property via this agency. In May this year I decided to seek a new home as a result of landlord harassment, following him being forced to carry out repairs to his increasingly deteriorating property (ie. the removal of an old deteriorating asbestos cement roof that he fell through whilst foolishly attempting to stand on it). Understandably this process has taken some time as it is not easy to find suitable alternatives in the area and moving out of a long term tenancy is not a simple task. My experience is one of this agency becoming complicit in his appalling treatment of me. I am very much looking forward to being in my new home within a fortnight. A less informed tenant would have had them run rough shod over their tenants rights. I have had to hold a very clear and strong boundary with them in order to protect my rights and the peaceful enjoyment of my home. Their response has been to treat me as though I have done wrong; even though it is my landlord who has been repeatedly in breach of contract and tenancy law. Having maintained the tenancy for over 15 years, it is clear that I have been a good tenant, and have tolerated more than many would in terms of the poor repair of the property. I think it is disgraceful that I have been treated so badly, and during a time while my mother is in receipt of end of life care following a diagnosis of a terminal condition earlier this year, resulting in me needing more than ever to feel safe peaceful refuge in my home. I have found Jan Brewer to be far from understanding, kind or compassionate. Her attitude towards me has implied that she believes herself to be superior, as though she is an authority and tenants are somehow considered to be second class citizens by her and should therefore be treated with contempt. I would not recommend this letting agency to any prospective tenants. Interestingly, "Your Home Let" has 5 reviews, including this one. One of them is from Jan Brewer, the owner herself.... who gave herself a generous 5 stars.... another review is from Martin Brewer (Partner?) who also gave a generous 5 stars. Reviewing one's own company... That's not exactly a selling point, is it.... EDIT* I noticed 4 days after leaving my review that both Jan Brewer and Martin Brewer have removed their reviews, and that 7 new ones have appeared within the past 24 hours.... let's hope that their service to their tenants improves... I'm still waiting for a response to the email and request I sent 2 days ago.
