As a landlord, I have used Your Home Let on a number of occasions. I have always found them to be professional and efficient from start to finish. In fact, their efficiency minimises the downtime between tenants, which is so important. I'd say also that the tradespeople whom they've suggested (EPC and electrician, for example), have also been excellent. I can't recommend this company too highly.

Your home let have been amazing, Rebecca, Victoria, Veronica, all were so accommodating in our time in need, right before Christmas too! They were proactive and prompt in their ability and made our little boy feel at home straight away. Veronica and her team are super. First and foremost, they managed to sort myself, my partner and our dog a sensational property to call home in the midst of a genuine housing crisis . So for those of you who are still in the throes of housing uncertainty, please stick at it, and keep in touch with Veronica, because something will come up. It’s a tough road but remain positive and patient. Having worked in agency in the past myself, I believe it’s the personable attitude that Veronica and her team have that set them apart and make them a success. From being on both ends of the phone myself, a corporate and fairly non committal attitude lures prospective tenants into false senses of security only to fall from a great height. Having at the time being on the cusp of genuine homelessness, Veronica had a property that she thought might be suitable for us and got us in for a viewing (not easy at the moment for pet owners like ourselves). Now usually as many will know, if you like a property you are likely to be in competition with several other potential applicants, so even if you submit an application, you are far from guaranteed to get the let. Veronica’s system does seem to work in a different way to cater for individual circumstances, and with thousands of people in a sticky situation with housing that is no easy feat. It does feel like somehow Veronica and her team, among the thousands, are able to identify individual needs and urgencies to help us all find homes in the nick of time. It’s is definitely worth mentioning that individual circumstances and desperation for a home vary and those who are genuinely driving around with tents in their cars are likely to take priority over others who have stable housing but are simply unhappy with it. Lettings agents bare a massive brunt of tenant angst and frustration which is unfair given that they are trying to be the problem solvers for thousands of people - your time will come; patience and understating are necessary virtues. In summary, in a time where there needs to be serious government intervention to help the cost of living and housing crises, Veronica and her team are doing everything and anything - working late, weekends, bank holidays - to help those of us in need. From our experience, I feel that when it really came down to the wire for us, we felt like we were a priority and a solution was presented to us with the utmost urgency with no sense of false hope. Thank you Your Home let, you really saved our bacon!

From the very first conversation I knew I would get a different type of support and help from this letting agency. Where do I start? Form the first conversation with Veronica i knew that this was a company that was not like any other in the letting agency world. When we needed to relocate a few months ago, in the middle of lockdown, we really struggled to find a suitable rental in the Plymouth area. Most estate agents wouldn’t accept a tenancy application without us viewing the properties. Which was impossible for us at that stage as we were nearly 300 miles away. But Veronica and her team took us under their wings and made us feel like we matter! She was carefully listening to what we wanted. She went out of her way to show us properties on video call and Jan sorted all the paperwork remotely. Such friendly and effective service! I rented a propertie of veronica at your home let's she went above and beyond to try and sort out a difficult situation when the previous tenant decided, not to move on the agreed date he was ment too. Sadly 1 year later due to matters out of your home let's control, the landlord decided they needed the propertie back. Veronica made the effort to come and talk to us in person about this, given the difficult task of handing a section 21 order rather than just posting it, many estate agents would hide away from the issue. she did not need to do this and it was a personal touch to a bad situation. Veronica tried her hardest to try and find us a suitable propertie that ticked all the boxes, sadly we found our new house with someone else The new estate agent was being very slow and messing us around Jan took the time to talk to me and explain that the new estate agent was not acting within guidelines After chatting with jan and taking on board her advice we finally managed to have the keys to our new house within 48 hours. I would recommend your home let's to anyone yes problems happen but it how these problems are delt with is what counts and I have to say veronica and jan do try to go the extra mile everytime we have spoken to them or needed advise and help Well done guys 5 stars from jimmy and jessPositiveProfessionalism
