Google1st rate estate agents, recently had the most challenging sale which the team guided me through and went above and beyond to ensure the sale went through. GoogleAbsolutely no help at all, very abrasive and rude... Refused me a viewing, stating the property had to sell today, I then found out there were viewings the next day, shouted and screamed down the phone at me....I am now in receipt of vile text messages due to my review, threatening me that she will inform all of Devon about me, all because I questioned in a polite manner what she told me in the first place, the second text also threatening me, stating this review will affect her family and children. All I enquired about was a viewing, and I feel like I have had a lucky escape, if only I was able to put the vile text messages on here I would, but shall definitely be taking it further..My friend that overheard her and myself, find it absolutely appalling, also her load of tosh reply trying to redeem herself.
Hi Calantha. I think it is necessary for me to tell the public why you have put a one star review. I called you today on Saturday evening when most estate agents are at home enjoying family time to help you with your enquiry. I explained that my owner has an offer she is going to accept today/tomorrow because she wants to buy another house and she has to offer. I offered you a viewing tomorrow (Sunday) but you told me you couldn’t do this and could only do Monday. My seller was unable to accommodate this. Unfortunately because you couldn’t get your own way you became rude and nasty on the telephone. I accepted this and still tried to help by offering to register you to help with your search. We ended the call nicely. I then called you back because you had left me a message asking me to call. I then noticed the review you have left and feel it was completely unnecessary. You have also changed your review 4/5 times since you first wrote it so clearly you are confused. I have read your other reviews and see that you have a habit of scoring businesses with one star. Well, I wish you all the best in your search and finding an estate agent that will help you - you did say you were struggling to find a property, I’m wondering why!! All the best. 😊
