GoogleWe sold with Helen Moore and team in January and from the first moment the service was top class! Helen viewed and valued our house a few months before listing and we had no pressure after her visit to list.
When we did make the decision to list it was an incredibly quick turnaround. We instructed Helen she then had photos and floor plans done by the amazing photographer Natalie the house was live the next day and we had 4 viewings the day after and had an offer the second night the house went live!
The whole process yet daunting felt seamless and like it was in safe hands - couldn’t recommend Helen and her team enough. Also a shout out to Julie whose communication and updates were really well balanced and never left us guessing where we were!
All in all couldn’t recommend them enough!

GoogleWOW, WOW, WOW! Five stars honestly don’t feel like enough for Emma Broad at eXp.
Emma sold our house and was absolutely incredible from start to finish. Constant updates, phone calls and always there at the end of the phone. Even when I just needed a chinwag to feel a little better and slightly more sane about the stress of selling and buying, she always made time.
Whatever issue came up, Emma was there to help fix it. She never got flustered, kept us calm and told us honestly what she thought we should do. Having someone you trust completely makes such a difference, and she could never do enough to help us.
We finally exchanged just 40 minutes before the end of the working day on Friday, ready for completion and our move on Monday! The effort and teamwork that went into getting that over the line were unbelievable. Emma worked insanely hard and could not have done more for us.
Emma, we honestly cannot thank you enough. Your care, determination and constant support meant the world to us. Anyone looking to sell their home would be lucky to have you in their corner. Absolutely fantastic!
